PROTECTING OUR PLANET STARTS WITH US

When we talk  about healthy habits to protect ourselves , we can take into consideration the protection of the planet. 
If our planet is sick , we are going to be unsafe .

After my own  investigation on the web about all things that are affecting our planet, I listed  a few of healthy habits to benefit the conservation of our planet, throught waste management practices and good health practices in the situation of the covid -19 pandemic.

  1. Bike more, drive less.
  2. RRR : Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
  3. Plant a tree
  4. Educate : When you study , you get useful knowledge, and you can help others undestand the importance and value of our natural resources.
  5. Clean up our neighborhood.
  6. Conserve water
  7. Buy less plastic and using a reusable shopping bag.
  8. Do not send chemicals into your waterways
  9. Change the old bulbs for long lasting light bulbs.
  10. Separate the waste at home in a correct way.
  11. Give the things you are not going to use others,
  12. Use the mask in a right way to cover the mouth and nose . 
  13. Clean your hands 
  14. Stay at home to avoid contamination .

If we are cautious and maintain healthy habits, we can take care of ourselves and at the same time our great house,  Earth planet.
