PROTECTING OUR PLANET STARTS WITH US
When we talk about healthy habits to protect ourselves , we can take into consideration the protection of the planet.
If our planet is sick , we are going to be unsafe .
After my own investigation on the web about all things that are affecting our planet, I listed a few of healthy habits to benefit the conservation of our planet, throught waste management practices and good health practices in the situation of the covid -19 pandemic.
- Bike more, drive less.
- RRR : Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
- Plant a tree
- Educate : When you study , you get useful knowledge, and you can help others undestand the importance and value of our natural resources.
- Clean up our neighborhood.
- Conserve water
- Buy less plastic and using a reusable shopping bag.
- Do not send chemicals into your waterways
- Change the old bulbs for long lasting light bulbs.
- Separate the waste at home in a correct way.
- Give the things you are not going to use others,
- Use the mask in a right way to cover the mouth and nose .
- Clean your hands
- Stay at home to avoid contamination .
If we are
cautious and maintain healthy habits, we can take care of ourselves and at the
same time our great house, Earth planet.
